I recieved my order today and I have been sent the wrong size, I ordered a size 8 which it said on the reciept you enclosed but I have been sent a size 10. I am hoping you can send the correct size 8 out to me as soon as possible and I will return the wrong sized 10. I am hoping I will be refunded for the postages due to it not being my fault.
We received dress today and have posted out the correct size, should be with you tomorrow.
We have also refunded your card £7.95 and apologies for our error

Thanks for such a great service. Not many retailers take the time to send emails informing you of your order status, but to place an order late Friday evening, have a process confimation on Saturday then a dispatch confirmation on Monday was much appreciated.
One small but very important detail that helped me choose the correct size shirt first time was that instead of just stating size options as small,med,large etc, you also state the corresponding chest size. Very Helpfull.
If i were to offer any advice, it would be to add a testimonial page to your website! I will definately be purchasing from you in the future.
